How does it work?

  • The Health EnSure Client Data Export module periodically pulls information needed by Health EnSure from the customer's practice management system.  This module is located at the customer site.  The data is encrypted immediately as it is requested, and is then securely packaged and sent to the Health EnSure server at our managed datacenter.
  • Upon being received at the Health EnSure server, the data is unpackaged, verified, and bulk loaded into the Health EnSure system.  It is then available for Providers, Members, and Employers to utilize.

  • Health EnSure employs a solid layered security model.  The critical need to ensure the confidentiality and authenticity of its sensitive information was taken into consideration in every part of the system's design.
  • A well-defined set of user capabilities within the system helps keep permissions simple.

  • Customers can decide exactly what data will be made available via the Health EnSure system.  Additional validation or on-the-fly data cleanup can be done during the data loading process, giving the customer the ability to identify (and in some cases, correct) problems before they reach the Health EnSure users.
